Configuration

Introduction

The Hoarder Pipette extension provides a convenient way to manage your Hoarder instance URL and API key. This document will guide you through the process of configuring the extension.

Required Fields

URL

  • Description: Your Hoarder instance URL.
  • Format: A valid URL string.
  • Example: https://your.hoarder.instance.com

API Key

Description

Your API key is required to authenticate with the Hoarder instance.

  • Format: A valid API key string.
  • Type: Password input (hidden from view).

Configuration Steps

  1. Install and enable the Hoarder Pipette extension in your browser.
  2. Click on the extension icon in your browser toolbar to open the options panel.
  3. In the options panel, you will see two fields: “URL” and “API Key”.
  4. Fill in the required information for each field:
    • URL: Enter your Hoarder instance URL (e.g., https://your.hoarder.instance.com).
    • API Key: Enter your API key, you can create it by logging into your Hoarder account and navigating to the settings page.
  5. Click “Save” to save your configuration.
